I. WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS?
All shipments to Austria will be delivered by Austrian Post and all shipments to Germany will be delivered by UPS. Shipping costs for Austria and Germany are € 7.00. Please note that for shipping to non-EU countries, any import VAT and customs charges must be borne by the customer. The customer will be informed of the shipping costs during checkout.
Costs for other countries can be found under “Versand-Shipping.”
We cannot ship to a packing station under any circumstances.
II. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept credit card payments (VISA and MasterCard), PayPal, and bank transfers.
III. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
All orders ship from our Flagship Store in Vienna. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, normally within three business days. We are a very small team and hope for your understanding when it sometimes takes a bit longer 😊 🙂
IV. HOW SECURE IS MAKING A PURCHASE IN THE ONLINE SHOP? ARE MY DATA SECURE?

V. WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT WITH MY PURCHASE?
Of course! 🙂 First you will receive an order confirmation and receipt by e-Mail. A printed copy of your receipt will also be included in your package.
VI. RETURN POLICY
Legally, purchased goods can be returned no questions asked within 14 days.
We ask that you treat the goods carefully and when possible to return them in the original packaging to ensure damage-free shipping and reducing the use of extra packing material.
We cannot accept worn, soiled, or damaged goods! Please pay extra attention to shoes. Ensuring that the soles are not scratched.
Return shipping costs within Austria and Germany will be paid by Bunny Bogart, as long as the return shipping label has been generated using the link provided: https://returns.suxesslogistic.com/bunnybogart. You can also find the link to request a return label for the free return of your order from Germany and Austria in the bottom section of your original shipping confirmation. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before you receive your return label by email.
